Effect.Fold fires afterFinish prematurely

Reported by Michael Morris | September 29th, 2008 @ 06:23 PM | in 1.8.3 bugfix release

Effect.Fold is firing its afterFinish event midway through the animation. This was discovered while working on a popup class that tracks mouseover and mouseout events for elements - the class needs to be able to stop listening to these events while an animation is in progress to prevent starting an animation while another is playing with unpredictable results.

The afterFinish is firing after the first half of the effect, after the div has folded up, but before it folds out to the left.
