IE8 grabs mouse from draggable on non-movement of draggable with img child

Reported by Myles | May 7th, 2010 @ 12:55 AM

In IE8 (tested in IE 8.0.6001, IE 7.0.5730, FF 3.5.8 and FF 3.6.3) with scriptaculous 1.8.3, prototype 1.6.1.

PreConditions:
- Draggable with an img child - Separate img tag on page being refreshed periodically via setTimeout

Steps to reproduce:
1. drag draggable
2. hold at one position for a duration long enough for refreshing image to refresh

The problem is the browsers default action takes over the mouse preventing movement of the draggable until mouse button is released, then draggable follows cursor and can be dropped by clicking on valid drop region.

Attached is the simplest file I could get to reproduce the issue.
