Fire custom events after test cases run

Reported by Pat Nakajima | September 17th, 2008 @ 02:58 AM | in 1.7

This patch allows Test.Unit.Testcase instances to fire test:passed , test:failed or test:errored after running, depending on the outcome. The Screw.Unit testing framework provides these sorts of events, and I've found them to be quite useful.

I've also included a bit of test coverage for the Test.Unit.Testcase class. I'd like to flesh this out a bit more, but what I've done so far was sufficient to meet my needs for now.
