String.evalScripts to have same scope warning as Ajax.Updater

I was recently working on an issue arising from my use of the String.evalScripts() method, and had some difficulty until I stumbled upon the documentation for Ajax.Updater. The Ajax.Updater documentation makes mention of a common scoping issue with the use of Ajax.Updater which is related to the the use of String.evalScripts.
I think it would be a great benefit to the users of the Prototype API and its documentation (many folks, I'm sure) to include a similar explanation (or a link to it) in the documentation for String.evalScripts. If not for this reason, then for reason of decreasing support of concerns related to the API (i.e. save the support team & developers some time).
More specifically, it would be really helpful if the Ajax.Updater section titled "About evalScripts and defining functions" was included (or linked to) in the documentation on String.evalScripts, since it appears that the exact
same concern applies in both cases.
