Fix getOffsetParent utility method missing code from recent commits.(reopenned, please revert this commit)

I found a bit of code in the utility method getOffsetParent that is missing
in the dom.js (its only 1 line)

Sorry Andrew,
This turned out to be a faulty merge on my end.
The code was correct and didn't need that additional line (it was part of a botched merge).
This should be rolled back.
