Documented and commented prototype.js

I Don't think this a problem but I was wondering if you could or if you have a fully documented and commented version of prototype.js. I found a script that uses your code and would love to learn what it is doing. Since I am fairly new to the technology being used i was wondering if there could be a documented and fully commented code on what it is doing and why.
