The footnote on the bottom of page 51 (first page of Ch.7 - Element) should be: http://www.prototypejs.org/learn...
It currently includes an extra "http://"

What do the page numbers refer to? If it's the generated PDF of the documentation, keep in mind that's maintained by a third party.

It is the page numbers in the generated PDF... so who should I report the typos to?
