Event.observe documentation lists obsolete argument

Event.observe API documentation (http://prototypejs.org/api/event...) lists the 'useCapture' argument, but as far as I can see the 1.6.0 source completely ignores this.
Judging from the description, I guess this argument has been withdrawn, but it's still in the API documentation.

I'd be happy to create a patch for the documentation, but i'm not sure the instructions on http://www.prototypejs.org/contr... are up-to-date.
Also, this ticket duplicates #46 "Event#observe no longer supports "useCapture" param should be documented".
